Concealed Toilet Cisterns

An emerging trend in bathrooms is to use a concealed cistern with a floor mounted or wall hung pan. This creates a more streamline minimalist look to the bathroom and makes the space look larger, especially if using a wall hung pan.

The cisterns are concealed in the wall cavity (inwall) or in the ceiling (induct) with only the pan visible.

Wall hung pans are suspended off the floor by a metal frame hidden in the wall cavity.

The toilet flushing buttons are positioned on the wall behind the pan, Induct suites are operated remotely with the flush buttons able to be positioned up to 4 meters away from the cistern.

Inwall cisterns are accessible for any maintenance via an access panel/ flush button panel mounted on the wall behind the toilet. Induct cisterns are accessed via the ceiling cavity.

Inwall/ induct suites are a more specialised installation. You must check with your builder/ plumber well in advance if you wish to use this type of system as there are certain components which need to installed into the wall framing
